Govt Sr Sec School Surla is situated in the lap of Nahan Hills of Sirmour Distt. This school was established before independence by British Rulers of Indian Govt. After Independence this school was upgraded to Middle standard in 1951.It was further upgraded to High school in 1962 and Senior Secondary in 1998.
This school has produced several army officers, Administrators, Politicians and other valuable human resource for this great country.
